As an Installation Project Manager, you will oversee the scheduling and execution of carpet, resilient, and ceramic installation crews for multifamily projects.

Your day-to-day involves reviewing and verifying installation work orders, preparing material cut sheets, and ordering project materials as directed. You will monitor jobs in progress with installers, superintendents, and project executives, ensuring that resources and schedules are aligned for successful delivery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of flooring installation experience
  • Strong math skills
  • Experience with estimating software, preferably Measure Square
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques

Responsibilities

  • Schedule carpet, resilient, and ceramic installation crews for multifamily projects
  • Review and verify installation work orders and confirm materials for scheduled jobs
  • Oversee all installation schedules, jobs, and resources
  • Prepare material cut sheets for installers and the warehouse as outlined by the installation work order
  • Monitor jobs in progress with installers, superintendents, and project executives
  • Order project materials as directed
  • Prepare shop drawings
  • Review and process installer invoices and bills
