About this role
Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal (ARSM), a premier commercial roofing and HVAC contractor as part of Johns Lyng USA, seeks an HVAC Project Manager. You will manage projects from award through closeout, perform advanced troubleshooting, and provide clear repair solutions while supporting reroof projects with HVAC disconnects and curb work.
Daily responsibilities include training and mentoring junior technicians, interfacing with clients and property managers, and identifying upsell opportunities for repairs and maintenance agreements. You will coordinate rooftop unit replacements, ductwork, and curb installations while ensuring proper integration with roofing systems.
Work within a supportive, collaborative team environment backed by the strength and resources of Johns Lyng USA. You will coordinate with estimating and PM teams, schedule crews and equipment, and maintain jobsite safety and quality control with direct client and vendor interaction.

Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, ductwork, curbs).
- Experience coordinating HVAC scopes on commercial construction or reroof projects (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications (Division 7 & Division 23 a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project tracking.
- HVAC service experience of 3 years (preferred).
Responsibilities

- Coordinate rooftop unit replacements, ductwork, and curb installations.
- Maintain proper documentation, service reports, and photo records.
