We are seeking a talented Project Manager to take ownership of Installation and Modernization projects across the Hampshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire region.
On a typical day you will define project objectives and manage installation and modernization projects, ensuring they run on time and on budget. You will monitor teams and subcontractors while handling administrative and material tasks.
You will work closely with the project team to mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks, and collaborate with local authorities on document submissions and site inspections for smooth completion. Customer satisfaction, engineering support, and improved profitability are key outcomes you will drive.

Requirements
- High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with the elevator and/or construction/building trades
- Safety is your top priority
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Self-reliant with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen
Responsibilities
