About this role
Allied Infrastructure, part of the Colas Group, works on 95% of the UK’s commercial, private, and military airfields. We deliver specialist services in airfield pavement maintenance and small civil engineering projects, including repairs, deep saw cutting, joint sealing, pavement replacement, and airfield ground lighting installation.
We are seeking a motivated Site Agent to join our team at East Midlands Airport, with occasional travel to other sites. In this role, you will oversee on-site operations for highways and airfield works, ensuring high standards in specialist maintenance services.

Requirements
- Outstanding organisational, planning, and time management skills

- Experience in civils, highways, or similar environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee airfield pavement maintenance and repairs using advanced products
- Manage deep saw cutting, joint sealing, and pavement replacement works
- Coordinate installation of airfield ground lighting and associated civils
- Lead site operations on highways and airfield projects
- Ensure compliance with quality standards on all construction activities
- Plan and organise site activities for small civil engineering projects
- Supervise teams delivering specialist maintenance services
