About this role
Introba seeks a Site Manager, Baggage Handling Systems, to join our growing team. Responsible for day-to-day management of onsite operations. Exercise management principles to ensure profitability, control assets, and communicate company philosophy and objectives to contractors. Provide timely reports to Field Operations Manager and Project Manager.
Monitor construction projects to ensure procedures, materials, and equipment installation comply with approved project plans. Apply knowledge of baggage and material handling systems design, manufacture, installation, and testing. Track and report hours and expenses weekly while assuring adherence to project budget.

Requirements
- Three years of baggage handling systems and/or airport ground systems experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain an airport security badge
- Travel frequency: 60% - 90%
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations
- Knowledge of baggage and material handling systems design, manufacture, installation, and testing
- Mechanical and Electrical experience preferred
- Knowledge of current technological developments in baggage handling systems
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day onsite operations for baggage handling systems
- Ensure profitability, control assets, and communicate company philosophy to contractors
- Monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with approved project plans
- Enforce project standards and apply company methodology
- Track and report hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Assure time and expenses adhere to project budget
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Provide timely reports to Field Operations Manager and Project Manager
