BMS Project Manager

As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, Johnson Controls is reimagining building performance to serve people, places and the planet. In this role, you will act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned BMS projects.

You will define scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating communication with customers and supervising subcontractors. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, identifying risks, ensuring compliance with codes and QA/QC policies, and managing cost control to meet financial commitments.

This position works closely with the sales team for tender bidding and oversees work schedules for multiple small to medium-scale projects. You will train customers and hand over projects to the service team, ensuring a smooth transition and first-year maintenance warranty visits.
