Requirements

Minimum 1 year+ experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction.
Thorough knowledge of all trades involved in homebuilding.
Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Trade Partners.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Comfortable and courteous representing CBH Homes around teammates, subcontractors, and everyone you meet.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of new home construction.
Represent CBH Homes with courtesy and professionalism when interacting with teammates, subcontractors, and customers.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced homebuilding environment, prioritizing deadlines and goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with trade partners.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and work sequences.
Participate in quarterly and annual growth reviews to track performance and development.
