Requirements
- Minimum 1 year+ experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction.
- Thorough knowledge of all trades involved in homebuilding.
- Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Trade Partners.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable and courteous representing CBH Homes around teammates, subcontractors, and everyone you meet.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of new home construction.
- Represent CBH Homes with courtesy and professionalism when interacting with teammates, subcontractors, and customers.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced homebuilding environment, prioritizing deadlines and goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and work sequences.
- Participate in quarterly and annual growth reviews to track performance and development.
