About this role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with a strong background in civil projects, specifically in managing the construction of warehouses, factories, and other medium to large-scale industrial structures. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our upcoming civil construction projects.

Day-to-day, you will lead and manage the execution of civil construction projects, including warehouses, factories, industrial facilities, and other commercial and prefabricated projects. You will develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure all phases meet technical and design specifications.

You will oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets, while ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements. The role involves conducting risk assessments, quality control inspections, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction project management tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in both civil and commercial construction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or similar).
