The Construction Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This individual provides strategic direction, manages project teams, ensures compliance with industry standards, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
This position operates in both office and field environments with a significant on-site presence required. The Construction Manager attends meetings with stakeholders and travels as necessary while managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a flexible manner.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Technical or Building Automation focused degree
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with significant leadership responsibility on large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategic plan for construction operations, aligning project goals with the organization's mission and business objectives.
- Direct and supervise multiple project managers and construction teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage multimillion-dollar project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, regulatory agencies, and company executives, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing project disruptions.
- Participate in business development efforts, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and relationship building with new and existing clients.
- Lead initiatives to improve construction processes, adopt new technologies, and implement best practices for operational excellence.
