About this role
Rexel USA, one of the largest distributors of electrical and data communication supplies, is seeking an EPC Project Manager to join our team remotely. This role focuses on managing highly complex construction site-based projects, ensuring material ordering and shipment tracking run smoothly.
Day-to-day, you will own the customer relationship while coordinating with sales, vendors, and internal teams to maximize profitability and meet project milestones. You will establish project KPIs, track performance through dashboards, and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
You will work closely with customer project teams, procurement, and strategic suppliers to manage delivery schedules and inventory efficiency. The position requires clear and timely communication across all project stakeholders to keep complex jobs on time and within budget.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, onsite construction projects with a high level of product knowledge
- Ability to establish and track project KPIs, dashboards, and issue trackers
- Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to resolve issues promptly
- Experience reading and interpreting purchase orders to verify terms and conditions
- Skill in coordinating with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, orders, claims, and returns
- Ability to manage delivery schedules, product quality, back charges, and inventory efficiency
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of onsite high-profile/complex construction projects requiring a high level of product knowledge
- Help establish KPIs specific to each project and implement performance tracking methods, dashboards, and issue trackers
- Communicate with customers, expedite over/short/damaged orders, and resolve issues promptly
- Read through all purchase orders to understand requirements and verify terms and conditions
- Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin and coordinate on pricing, claims, returns, and account management
- Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and ensure project site safety requirements are met
- Manage delivery schedules, product quality, back charges, and proactively seek alternative methods to stay on time and within budget
- Coordinate documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance
