About this role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to lead capital projects (CAPEX) in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The candidate must be capable of executing projects end-to-end—from design and engineering through construction, commissioning, and startup. This role demands minimal ramp-up time for immediate impact.

Day-to-day involves overseeing engineering and design phases while managing construction and field execution on-site. You will handle cross-functional integration to ensure seamless project flow in a regulated environment. Hands-on leadership drives every stage from inception to operational startup.

Work within a pharmaceutical manufacturing team focused on capital improvements. Collaborate across engineering, construction, and operations in a highly regulated setting. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish support effective communication in this dynamic site.

This position offers direct involvement in end-to-end CAPEX delivery, building expertise in pharma construction projects. Lead with autonomy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Advance through proven execution in regulated industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Science or related field
  • Experience working in engineering, construction and regulated environments (pharmaceutical preferred)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish, speaking and writing
  • Hands-on capability in CAPEX project leadership
  • Ability to execute projects from design through startup
  • Quick ramp-up in pharmaceutical manufacturing settings
