Industrial Carpenter

Zachry Group is seeking an Industrial Journeyman Carpenter for construction and building trades work in Pascagoula. In this role, you will construct, dismantle, and repair wooden and metal objects and/or concrete forms on industrial job sites.

Day-to-day tasks include reading blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine the scope of work, including locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required. You will identify all tools needed for each task and assess safety risks to eliminate hazards before beginning work.

You will work within a team environment on industrial plant projects, following all safety rules and regulations. The position requires reliable transportation and the ability to meet all physical demands of the job.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your carpentry expertise in a heavy industrial setting with a major contractor. You will be expected to bring your own required tools and work independently from blueprints and specifications.
