As Project Manager Construction & Real Estate, work closely with interior architects and project managers in the design team. Contribute to individual furnishing concepts for new openings and re-designs across Europe and the USA. You are part of the Real Estate and Interior Design department managing hotel projects in Germany and internationally.

Negotiate technical requirements for hotel new builds with project partners and investors. Steer external service providers and engineers while handling budgeting, budget tracking, and change order management. Lead your own projects from the start, bringing creativity and ideas to develop project management and technical standards.

Requirements

Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration with Real Estate focus
Experience in managing construction projects or in client representation, real estate or portfolio management at project developers, asset managers, architects or similar
Enthusiasm for real estate development with strong understanding of technical interrelationships and entrepreneurial perspective
Willingness to travel and ability to work independently
Affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills in German and English with assertiveness and solution-oriented approach
Creativity with affinity and good eye for design and trends
Engaged, reliable, flexible, and resilient with desire to achieve much in a dynamic team

Responsibilities

Manage hotel projects in Germany and internationally as part of the Real Estate and Interior Design department
Negotiate technical requirements for hotel new builds with project partners and investors
Steer external service providers and engineers
Handle budgeting and budget tracking for real estate projects including change order management
Lead own projects from the beginning incorporating creativity and ideas
Develop project management standards and technical standards
