About this role

The Voith Group, a global technology company with operations in energy, paper, and raw materials, seeks a Project Manager Junior to manage contractual execution of industrial/EPC projects. This role serves as the primary client interface, ensuring contract adherence in scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing project governance, monitoring performance against schedule and budget, and coordinating interfaces across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and field operations. The PM Junior leads stakeholder reporting and KPI tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires strong collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, acting as the central point of contact for contract obligations. The role supports complex industrial projects with multiple interfaces, demanding a sharp business and contractual perspective.

Based in São Paulo, this role offers exposure to large-scale projects in sectors such as energy, oil & gas, mining, wind, and infrastructure. It provides a platform to develop leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams and advance within a global family-owned company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
  • 2+ years of experience as Project Manager in industrial or EPC projects
  • Experience in contract management, costs, risks, and stakeholder management
  • Fluent English
  • Availability for travel and interaction with field operations

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractual execution of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, deadlines, and budget
  • Act as focal point with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and field, ensuring alignment with the contract
  • Monitor project performance including schedule, costs, billing, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead project governance with reports and KPIs for stakeholders
