About this role

Naver Energy aims to become the preferred development partner in offshore wind and PtX projects. The Global Projects team seeks a Senior Package Manager to handle increasing client demands for complex solutions in foundations, cables, and offshore substations. You will lead packages through early and late-stage design up to FID.

You will draft, align, and execute timelines and strategies for packages, driving technical procurement activities. Support project planning, consenting, and interface coordination with other packages. The role includes project-specific advisory services on package management.

Work in a collaborative environment with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across time zones. Operate in a young, entrepreneurial startup handling international offshore wind and Power-to-X projects. Emphasize team mindset, methodical structure, and agile approaches.

Success relies on maneuvering challenges, finding solutions in cooperation, and driving client projects. Develop your skills and colleagues' through knowledge sharing. Contribute as a great consultant and good colleague in a dynamic organization.

Requirements

Project and/or package management experience from the wind industry
Experience in development and/or execution of offshore wind projects, including project planning, design process, and procurement
Collaborative mindset and ability to create partnerships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Methodical approach to add structure and order to work and team
Agile in approach, able to work in different time zones
Solid technical and commercial experience
Self-starter, comfortable working from home
Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Overall accountable for package deliverables with support from the Naver Energy team
Drive package progress according to scope, budget, and quality
Support bid submissions and business cases with DEVEX, CAPEX, and OPEX inputs
Ensure alignment with project procurement strategies and lead tender processes
Drive risk management for the package
Develop employer’s requirements, specifications, and technical documents for the package
Ensure coordination with other package managers, procurement, and regulatory teams
Prepare quality plan and activity schedule in cooperation with stakeholders
