In this role you will actively partner with Data center clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time, and take responsibility for multiple packages in the projects. You will create estimates and cost plans for CSA or MEP packages for key client developments, and handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in cost management from a Construction Cost Consultancy background.
Experience on large scale construction projects, ideally in data center projects.
Experience and confidence to lead a team, build a team, and develop trusted client relationships.
Chartered or on the path to complete it.
Savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities.
Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

Responsibilities

Actively partner with Data center clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time.
Take responsibility of multiple packages in the projects.
Create estimates and cost plans for CSA or MEP packages for key client developments.
Proficiently handle client interactions and focus on client relationship building; attend project kick-off calls.
Handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.
Participate in drafting proposals to Clients.
Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value.
Apply innovation and solution-oriented approaches to project challenges.
