About this role

As the nation's leading specialty concrete contractor, Baker Construction Enterprises is seeking a Construction Manager to lead projects in Idaho Falls. In partnership with Regional Senior Management, you will determine project ways, means, methods, and staffing to build the project on paper for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Your day-to-day involves planning work, defining execution, and directing and overseeing staff while ensuring a safe, high-quality, and productive work environment. You will promote strong client and industry relations through professional conduct and participate in ongoing training and certifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform on progressively more complex projects
  • Competency in planning work and defining execution
  • Ability to direct and oversee staff effectively
  • Strong client relationship skills through professional conduct
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, high-quality, and productive work environment
