As a Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness. You will monitor budgets and schedules, manage stakeholder communication, and drive compliance with regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for construction projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects through all phases from initiation to closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet milestones
- Enforce safety regulations and quality standards on site
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and clients
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction
- Prepare and review project documentation and reports
