About this role

Alseva, a one-stop-shop in solar power and part of Sunly's Group, is expanding its PV construction (EPC) services in the Baltic market. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead this objective with wide empowerment and full responsibility, driving the energy of the future.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for all EPC work in the Baltic markets, especially Estonia, conducting projects for the construction of PV farms. Your day-to-day involves preparing project documentation, cost estimates, permits, and approvals, as well as developing and implementing project plans and schedules.

You will coordinate the work of the project team, monitor progress and quality, and organize the selection of contractors. The role offers partnership relations within the team and a high level of decision-making and autonomy in creation and management.

Requirements

  • Technical education and possession of all necessary authorizations (electrical engineering, construction, electrical engineering)
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage a team
  • Ability to organize own work and time management
  • Responsibility and self-reliance
  • Driving license

Responsibilities

  • Being fully responsible for all EPC work in the Baltic markets (especially Estonia)
  • Conducting projects for the construction of PV farms
  • Preparation of project documentation, cost estimates, permits, and approvals necessary in the investment process
  • Development and implementation of the project plan and schedule
  • Coordinate the work of the project team and monitor the progress and quality of work
  • Coordination of the process of selecting contractors
  • Organizing and supervising the work of the project team and other participants in the investment process
  • Participation in the negotiation of EPC contracts and reporting on progress of construction sites and compliance with budget and schedules
