About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team. You'll deliver a first class service to our properties covering Wisbech and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades. All works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you're a reliable, experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades and can provide good customer care, we want to hear from you. A company vehicle will be provided for work use, and you must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Requirements

Experienced Carpenter and Plumber with skills in other trades
Reliable and able to provide good customer care
Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only)
Must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment

Responsibilities

Deliver a first class service to properties covering Wisbech and surrounding areas
Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs
Perform work connected with all aspects of your specialist trades (carpentry and plumbing) and any secondary trades
Complete all works in an efficient way and within required deadlines
Use company-provided van and tools to perform daily tasks
Ensure high standards of customer care and reliability on every job
