Quantity Surveyor - Subcontracts Administrator

In this role, you will prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements, and compile detailed Bills of Quantities for estimations. You will monitor ongoing project costs against budget and assess contractor claims to certify interim payments.

You will work within a multi-cultural environment alongside a diverse workforce, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business results. The role requires maturity of judgment under pressure and the ability to resolve problems effectively.
