Construction Project Manager

As a Project Manager Construction, you’ll work on large-scale distribution centers up to 100,000 m² that directly support international clients. You’re not building standard real estate but creating complex high-tech environments where smart buildings, automation, engineering and logistics come together. This role adds another layer of complexity beyond standard projects.

You are responsible for the realization of new-build and renovation projects for distribution centers. You ensure progress, quality and alignment across all stakeholders in a multidisciplinary project team. Projects include complex technical installations, high sustainability standards and energy systems critical to operational performance and employee satisfaction.

You manage execution while decisions on contractors, budgets and design are made collaboratively. You take the lead in driving execution and keeping stakeholders aligned. You are part of the central Project Management team reporting to the Head of Logistics Engineering in a hybrid setup with regular site presence.
