About this role

SERVPRO of Milwaukee North is hiring a Carpenter to join our team. You'll work on interior trim, cabinet, and window installations, with occasional exterior work and demolition tasks. This role is essential in helping homeowners and businesses recover after damage.

Day-to-day responsibilities include job site cleanup, maintaining a clean driving record, and addressing issues with customers and the project manager. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, using your expertise in rough and finish carpentry with an emphasis on the finish side.

Requirements

2-4 years of carpentry experience
Experience in both rough and finish carpentry with an emphasis on the finish side; drywall skills a plus
Ability to work independently and problem-solve or as part of a team
Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Excellent time management skills
Take great pride in your work and maintain high levels of honesty and integrity
Display excellent knowledge of building materials, residential and commercial structures, and tools of the trade
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
