About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plasterer who has skills in Groundworks and other trades to join our team! Based in North London, you will deliver a first class service to our properties covering North London and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As a Multi Trade Operative at Clarion Housing Group, you will become part of a dedicated team committed to providing good customer care and quality workmanship. You will be equipped with a company van, tools, and the support to succeed in this varied and practical role.

Requirements

Must be an experienced Plasterer with skills in Groundworks and other trades.
Must be reliable and capable of providing good customer care.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided.
Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with your specialist trade.
Deliver a first class service to properties covering North London and surrounding areas.
Complete all works in an efficient way and within required deadlines.
Apply skills in plastering as the primary trade.
Apply skills in Groundworks and other secondary trades as needed.
Provide good customer care to residents and clients.
Use and maintain company-provided van and tools for work use only.
