About this role

We are a full-service Nationwide General Contractor and industry leader in disaster restoration, known for quality work and great customer service. We are looking for a full-time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience to join our busy team.

You will work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild, focusing only on construction phases—not water mitigation. With a consistent workload and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for permanent employment.

We offer competitive pay, a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, six paid major holidays, and PTO that accrues as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ hours and double time after 60+, with advancement opportunities in a growing company.

Requirements

  • Remodeling experience in construction trades
  • Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Must provide own tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Previous restoration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead carpentry and remodeling projects from small patch and paint to complete home rebuilds
  • Coordinate with superintendents and tradesmen to accomplish job goals
  • Perform skilled trades work including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical tasks
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site
  • Provide own tools and reliable transportation to job sites
  • Work year-round with a consistent workload and no seasonal gaps
