About this role

Great Hill Solutions, LLC is part of the Seneca Nation Group (SNG) portfolio of companies, supporting the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) program. This role focuses on automating ballistics evaluations and providing actionable investigative leads to federal customers.

In this position, you will plan and coordinate the activities of employees, establish schedules, and oversee daily priorities. You will also interview, hire, and onboard new team members while assisting staff as needed to accomplish their duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of formal education and professional work experience
  • Minimum of five years of recent relevant experience; six years preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills and experience
  • People leadership skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the activities of employees
  • Establish employee schedules and coordinate priorities
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Provide oversight and management of employees to ensure their duties are accomplished
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss project activities, schedules, and workload
  • Assist employees where needed to accomplish their duties
  • Ensure staff have tools, training, and skills needed to complete assigned duties independently
  • Ensure compliance of all staff with established quality plans
