Plant Operator

Solutions+ is hiring a Plant Operator for commercial landscape construction projects in Logan/Yatala & Surrounds, QLD. Immediate starts are available, and the role offers $42-$46 per hour plus super, a Ute, and phone. You will operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction plant safely and efficiently, completing earthworks, final trim, grading, excavation, and material placement. Reading and interpreting construction plans, you'll work with supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project outcomes.

You will assist with drainage, retaining walls, and landscape construction works while maintaining safe work practices and complying with WHS and Tier 1 site requirements. The team at Solutions+ is supportive and invested in your growth, with ongoing training and career pathways available.
