You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact, ensuring needs are met with proactive support. You'll oversee inventory accuracy and readiness, coordinate dispatches, and perform operational tasks to maintain a safe, organized site.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, tooling, or equipment rental industry with a focus on inventory management and logistics.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills to serve as a trusted point of contact.
  • Ability to enforce safety standards and procedures in an industrial environment.
  • Comfortable using technology for tool tracking, dispatch coordination, and site-wide communication.
  • Adaptability to perform a variety of operational tasks and respond to daily challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles for deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, ensuring needs are met with proactive, solutions-focused support.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and readiness by tracking, organizing, and replenishing tooling and consumables to meet customer and operational demands.
  • Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and pickups to ensure efficient, on-time service and clear communication with drivers and customers.
  • Effectively communicate information to your team and management.
  • Perform various operational tasks as needed to support a safe, organized, and efficient industrial tooling site, adapting quickly to daily challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
