About this role

Gruppo Frassati, a leader in building lifecycle management for over 35 years, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Milan office. We specialize in everything from building and energy retrofitting to facility management services including cleaning, maintenance, green care, reception, and environmental remediation.

In this role, you will operationally manage a portfolio of soft and hard facility management contracts, supporting the area manager. Your day-to-day involves coordinating work crews, managing external subcontractors, and handling client relationships for integrated services like cleaning, reception, sanitization, green care, and mechanical/electrical system maintenance.

You will organize and deliver workwear and personal protective equipment to employees, manage ordinary and extraordinary invoicing through cost reports, and process employee time sheets for attendance tracking. Additionally, you will input supplier orders into the software, prepare quotes and economic offers for clients per contract manager directives, and conduct on-site inspections at job sites.

This position offers a stable employment contract with a path to permanent hire, full-time hours from Monday to Friday, and a comprehensive welfare package. Requirements

  • Preferably experience as a manager and coordinator of integrated services
  • Preferably basic technical skills in electrical and mechanical fields
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Ability to respect priorities
  • Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and/or direct personnel
  • Good computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license (B) and own vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients for integrated services including cleaning, reception, sanitization, green care, and mechanical/electrical maintenance
