Lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients’ needs and commitments. Focus on the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with strong client retention.
Manage subcontract negotiations and subcontract management, issue Vendor POs and track equipment, handle scheduling, and oversee change order management and pricing. Qualify trade-subcontractor proposals, prepare close out documents, review punch lists, and assist with day-to-day correspondence, job meetings, and requests set by the project owner.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years prior HVAC project management
- Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong financial and business acumen and history of running projects on time and on budget
- Excellent logistics, communication and management skills
- Professional image
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work with multiple disciplines
