As HVAC Project Manager, lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients’ needs and commitments. Ensure profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with strong focus on client retention. Manage subcontracts, negotiations, vendor POs, equipment tracking, scheduling, change orders, and pricing.
Handle trade-subcontractor proposal qualification, closeout document preparation, punch list review, and day-to-day correspondence. Assist with job meetings and project owner requests while adhering to all company safety standards. Follow consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years prior HVAC project management
- Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Strong financial and business acumen with history of running projects on time and on budget
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent logistics, communication and management skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work with multiple disciplines
- Proactive approach and team oriented
Responsibilities

- Issue and track Vendor POs and equipment
- Handle scheduling, change order management and pricing

- Prepare closeout documents and review punch lists
- Assist with day-to-day correspondence, job meetings, and project owner requests
