As Project Construction Manager for Project Košice or Budapest, you directly contribute to this mission.

You will establish and implement the erection plan, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, time, and cost standards. Coordinate resources with the Project Manager and HSMIC, source third-party personnel, and manage contracts. Supervise construction sites professionally while developing erection concepts for sequence, scheduling, and coordination.

Work in a dynamic environment managing multidisciplinary teams and supporting site teams to meet objectives. Procure installation packages and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager, reporting regularly to the Project Director. Identify risks, deviations, and act proactively in line with HSE requirements.

Requirements

  • Technical University Degree
  • Proven experience (>8 years) in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, motivate employees, and conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors
  • Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, even with incomplete information
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • User-level knowledge in Resource Planning Systems (SAP and PIRS)
  • Valid SCC and IOSH certifications or other Site and Safety Training of recognized European Authority; excellent English and Slovak (Košice) or Hungarian (Budapest)

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement the erection plan, ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance
  • Plan and coordinate resources with the Project Manager and HSMIC; source third-party personnel and manage contracts
  • Supervise construction sites professionally and support site teams to achieve work package objectives
  • Develop erection concepts including sequence, scheduling, and coordination
  • Specify and procure installation packages and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager
  • Report regularly to the Project Director, identify risks and deviations, and act proactively
  • Implement and comply with HSE requirements relevant to the role
