About this role
1-800 WATER DAMAGE is a trusted property restoration company serving customers across the nation. The Carpenter position works with customers and team members to provide outstanding customer service. This role includes installing trim, flooring, cabinetry, and some framing.
Daily responsibilities involve installing materials based on scope of work set by estimators or insurance adjusters. Manage construction site and carpenters' daily scheduling. Update RMS for job status and documentation of communications from insurance and customers.
Update XactAnalysis, Alacrity, and Lions Bridge daily while communicating effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, internal and field staff. Complete jobs on time and to customer satisfaction. The team is fully vetted, IICRC-certified, and insured for safety.
Handle restoration projects including water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and more. Gain knowledge of trade in fire, water, and mold damage restoration and reconstruction. Additional work may include after-hours calls.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience within the industry preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
- Ability to exercise good judgment, understand and carry out instructions, and problem-solve
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
