Execute construction tasks with minimal supervision, including water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation. Perform high level services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the Project Manager. Maintain a clean, properly stocked truck and all company equipment.

Requirements

5 - 10 years carpentry skill/experience (Licensed trade ticket greatly appreciated)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to execute construction tasks with minimal supervision
Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
Dedication to customer service
Fluent in English and/or French
Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime if needed
Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently

Responsibilities

Perform high level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications
Provide excellent customer service with focus and dedication
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and all company equipment
Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary
Assist other team members as opportunities arise
Execute finishing carpentry tasks such as trim installation and surface finishing in restoration projects
