About this role
SEED Environmental is one of the UK's leading providers of intelligent environmental and property incident response, remediation and restoration services for insurance, commercial and public sector clients. We are seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Fire & Flood restoration team in Exeter, with remote coverage of the southwest region. You'll deliver high-quality plastering and finishing work in domestic properties affected by fire, flood, or other insured damage.
Perform all aspects of plastering including skimming, rendering, dry lining, and patching damaged walls and ceilings. Apply plaster finishes to kitchens, bathrooms, and other domestic areas to insurance specifications. Conduct general building tasks such as stripping out fire/flood damaged areas and preparing surfaces for reinstatement.
Collaborate closely with other trades including carpenters, electricians, decorators, and plumbers. Ensure all work meets high quality, safety, and industry standards while following health and safety protocols with proper PPE and COSHH. Maintain a clean, tidy, and respectful working environment in clients' homes and communicate empathetically with homeowners.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent experience/time served)
- Proven experience in domestic repair and refurbishment works
- Good knowledge of general building techniques
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in insurance restoration work
- Understanding of fire and flood damage repair processes
Responsibilities
