This role is ideal for an experienced craftsman who takes pride in high-quality woodworking and finish carpentry. You’ll build, install, and finish custom cabinetry and woodwork for residential projects. Precision, detail, and craftsmanship are emphasized in every task.

Daily work involves building and assembling custom cabinets, furniture, and millwork. Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, and installation. Measure, cut, and shape wood with accuracy while reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Install cabinetry and woodwork on-site to client specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in carpentry or cabinet making
Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Custom cabinetry or high-end residential work
Experience with shop tools (table saws, planers, routers, etc.)
