Project Manager - Industrial

We are looking for a talented Project Manager with a passion for quality construction. This role provides management support to the project team as guided by the Commercial Manager. It assists in administration and organization of various project documents.

The position requires high organization, focus on detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pre-construction duties include job set ups, contractual deliverables, budget and quantity development, and drawing specification distribution. Additional tasks cover schedule development, SOV development, subcontractor qualifying, safe project plan development, and licensing requirements.
