Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking an Experienced Cabinet Installer and Finish Carpenter to craft stunning kitchens in Denver. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. This role joins a growing remodeling business with sister company Bath Tune-Up Denver working on kitchen and bathroom projects.

Arrive on time in a logo’d shirt, ready to transform kitchens with precision. Install, shim, and modify cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, and decorative hardware. Leverage expertise to deliver innovative kitchen remodels and cabinet refacing.

Work with install team to train and guide junior installers, fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate daily with the project manager thru BuilderTrend software. Interact professionally with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Earn competitive pay of $28-$37/hour with all tools, supplies, and materials provided. Enjoy growth opportunities in field work and management plus ongoing training and coaching. Work on 20+ active high-quality projects in the nicest areas of greater Denver metro.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of finish carpentry experience, with a focus on kitchen remodeling or cabinetry
  • Excellent experience and ability to layout and install new custom cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms, inclusive of crown moldings, finish trim work, custom hoods, custom shelving bookcases
  • Skilled in using power tools (table saw, miter saw, router, nail guns) and hand tools
  • Experience with cabinet refacing and edgebanding of new and existing cabinetry
  • Ability to lead projects, assist with design/measuring, and ensure flawless installations
  • Ability to solve for issues on job sites to keep punch lists to a minimum
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check and adhere to drug-free workplace policy
