Construction Manager

Bantrel seeks a qualified Construction Manager to join its Infrastructure team based out of Toronto, ON. The role manages the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversees total site management. This includes supervision of Health and Safety, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, logistics, and construction planning.

Leadership ensures project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, with satisfied clients. Responsibilities cover construction activities and logistics planning on a dedicated geographical area of the Ontario Line. Monitor contractor implementation of installation sequencing, schedule, labour planning, and interfaces with adjacent contractors.

Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues, conducting thorough constructability reviews of detailed design and construction packages. Bantrel Infrastructure serves as Delivery Partner within an integrated team with Metrolinx for the Ontario Line Subway Project. The scope involves design build, operations, maintenance of 15 stations and over 15km of new alignment.
