About this role
Build, install, and repair walls and partitions, including drywall, wallpaper, millwork/molding, and faux finishing. Install and repair finishes such as laminates. Perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry throughout the property.
Repair, maintain, and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs like tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Order items by filling out requisitions, obtaining manager approval, and using appropriate vendors.
Load, transport, and unload freight from elevator to designated area using hand truck. Follow all company and safety policies, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional while protecting company assets.
Speak with others using clear and professional language and develop positive working relationships. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and address service needs. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching overhead, climbing ladders, and other duties as requested.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to move up and down a ladder
- Complete safety training and certifications
