Safety Officer

This role ensures fast and efficient documentation management across various online CAE platforms. You will manage all access to client sites, adhering to both client-specific and legal requirements. A basic understanding of occupational risk prevention is essential.

Coordinate accesses to client facilities with the operations team daily. Maintain all online CAE platforms documentation up to date and track internal and external documentation needs. Update workers' Health and Safety documentation regularly.

Represent the company in safety coordination activities at the customer's site. Manage legal documents with subcontractors and customers while supporting external and internal stakeholders. Review platforms and documents according to established client criteria.

Control project status from start to end, including employees and companies involved, and prepare H&S plans. Ensure proper EHS record keeping and provide full responsiveness to customers. Attend required trainings, meetings, and inform about platform changes.
