Act as an independent third-party to ensure project optimization between owners, designers, and contractors. Handle coordination and communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements

University graduate or equivalent experience and knowledge
3+ years in project management, construction management, or design at general contractors or design firms
Basic PC operation skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive with ideas and strong communication/negotiation abilities
First-class Architect license (preferred)
First-class Construction Management Engineer license (preferred)
Business-level English (TOEIC 700+ preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform project management for architectural projects
Manage projects comprehensively from the owner's perspective including cost, schedule, safety, quality, and procurement
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
Ensure transparency across design, construction, and all processes
Optimize project outcomes as an independent project manager
Handle adjustments between clients, designers, and contractors
