From the client's perspective, manage architectural projects comprehensively, overseeing cost, schedule, safety, quality, and procurement. Act as an independent third-party to ensure project optimization between owners, designers, and contractors. Handle coordination and communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent experience and knowledge
  • 3+ years in project management, construction management, or design at general contractors or design firms
  • Basic PC operation skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proactive with ideas and strong communication/negotiation abilities
  • First-class Architect license (preferred)
  • First-class Construction Management Engineer license (preferred)
  • Business-level English (TOEIC 700+ preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform project management for architectural projects
  • Manage projects comprehensively from the owner's perspective including cost, schedule, safety, quality, and procurement
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
  • Ensure transparency across design, construction, and all processes
  • Optimize project outcomes as an independent project manager
  • Handle adjustments between clients, designers, and contractors
