As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the site management construction staff. You’ll be responsible for comprehensive site construction management at the Lotus Creek Wind farm in QLD.

Maintain site safety to the highest standards while achieving contractual schedules and ensuring highest quality levels on site. Provide clear direction for Vestas site management personnel and manage resourcing and staff. Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks across all project aspects.

Build and maintain good working relationships with the customer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Manage all site costs including subcontractor spend, resourcing, plant, pre-calc, and post-calc. Align with internal bid management and procurement departments as required in a field operations environment.

Requirements

Proven track record in site construction management - minimum of 5 years
Experience in managing general site administrative directions and support
Intermediate IT skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Project user or key user
Wind Industry experience highly regarded
Experience in people management
Managed teams in a major project portfolio environment
Managed sub-contractors in remote site locations e.g. crane, excavation, electrical, civil
Strong analytical ability
