Your day-to-day work involves operating and monitoring plant equipment to maintain optimal performance, performing routine inspections, and recording production data. You will also handle basic maintenance tasks and promptly report any equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets while adhering to strict safety protocols. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels, requiring a strong awareness of safety procedures.

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
  • Record production data and report equipment issues promptly
  • Support safe and efficient material handling and processing
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  • Operate crushers, screens, and conveyors to process aggregates
  • Monitor production quality and adjust equipment settings as needed
