Plant Operator

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials, operating over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada. As a Plant Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material handling and processing at our aggregates facility.

Your day-to-day work involves operating and monitoring plant equipment to maintain optimal performance, performing routine inspections, and recording production data. You will also handle basic maintenance tasks and promptly report any equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets while adhering to strict safety protocols. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels, requiring a strong awareness of safety procedures.
