This full-time Site Agent role provides leadership in client-facing civil construction, demonstrating safety and quality values.
Daily tasks include conducting site inspections and evaluations, developing project plans, and preparing reports. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards while providing technical expertise to support contractor delivery. Achieve project goals through seamless execution.
The role involves regular communication and coordination with stakeholders, including Design Authority, Office for Nuclear Regulations, and Independent Nuclear Office. Requirements
- Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and vocational training in Construction/Engineering
- 6+ years of site experience
- IT skills including MS Office
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- BPSS level of security clearance; EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member passports required
- CSCS (desirable)
- SMSTS/IOSH (desirable)
