The Estates Team, sitting within the Core Service Team, is responsible for ensuring that our buildings are fully operational, legally compliant and excellent learning environments. You will be joining a highly skilled and professional team. Working together to maintain and improve our estates and provide an environment where children will thrive and learning will flourish.

Aspire requires a School Site Manager to manage and maintain buildings for academies. You will help provide an outstanding environment for the children in our academies. The role involves working 37 hours per week in a permanent position across sites.

Requirements

  • Multi-skilled with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Hold a full driving licence
  • Experience managing and maintaining buildings
  • Knowledge of ensuring buildings are legally compliant
  • Ability to work in educational environments
  • Commitment to safeguarding children
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain school buildings
