Senior Site Manager (Hyperscale Data Centers)

We support a strategic program for several hyperscale Data Centers in Saudi Arabia, seeking a highly experienced Site Manager for critical multi-site operations in a fast-track environment.

You take full ownership of construction, installation, and commissioning readiness across multiple sites. Ensure on-time delivery under aggressive schedules, strict budget control for CAPEX and OPEX, highest quality standards, zero harm HSE performance, and seamless coordination across contractors and stakeholders.

Lead simultaneous Data Center construction sites while driving site execution strategy and daily decisions. Manage critical systems like MEP, MV/LV, UPS, HVAC, and generators. Interface with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership in a high-pressure setting.
