Join high-impact life science and data center projects as a Senior Electrical Package Manager based in the Frankfurt area. Manage electrical systems packages through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Lead subcontractors, oversee installation sequencing, testing, energisation, and issue resolution.

Review designs, handle technical queries, RFIs, submittals, and 3D BIM coordination for constructability and clash resolution. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and coordinate with commissioning teams on MV/LV scopes, busbar systems, earthing, and bonding. Implement safety plans, LOTO procedures, and quality assurance with project managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10-years of experience within the construction industry
  • Experience managing electrical packages in data centers or life sciences projects
  • Knowledge of MV/LV systems, busbar systems, earthing and bonding
  • Proficiency in 3D BIM coordination, clash resolution, and constructability reviews
  • Familiarity with LOTO procedures, electrical safety, switching plans, and commissioning scripts
  • Experience overseeing SAP, AP, and authorised electrical personnel

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of Electrical Systems packages through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
  • Lead electrical subcontractors and trade interfaces, manage installation sequencing, testing, and commissioning, energisation processes, and drive issue resolution
  • Oversee MV/LV scopes, including busbar systems, earthing & bonding, and coordinate with Client commissioning team and key OFCI suppliers
  • Review electrical design specifications, drawings, cable schedules, and schematics; manage technical queries, RFIs, and submittals; involved in 3D BIM coordination
  • Liaise with key project stakeholders, including clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Work with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to implement site safety plans, control of RAMS, and quality assurance processes
  • Manage LOTO procedures and electrical safety compliance and awareness on-site
  • Track and manage project schedules, procurement timelines, subcontractor progress, testing and commissioning process, and manpower levels
