Manage subcontract negotiations, issue Vendor POs, track equipment, and handle scheduling. Oversee change order management and pricing, qualify trade-subcontractor proposals, prepare closeout documents, and review punch lists. Assist with day-to-day correspondence, job meetings, and project owner requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years prior HVAC project management
  • Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong financial and business acumen with history of running projects on time and on budget
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent logistics, communication and management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work with multiple disciplines
  • Proactive approach and team oriented
