Lime Media is a full-service experiential marketing production company creating immersive, high-impact experiences for global brands. The Rockwall fabrication facility transforms ideas into tangible products through creative design, precision craftsmanship, and technical excellence. We seek a highly skilled Custom/Bench Carpenter for the fabrication team.
This role suits a craftsman passionate about high-end custom builds with an eye for detail and precision on multifaceted projects. Duties include shop-based bench carpentry and on-site installation work as needed. Expect to fabricate custom builds, fixtures, and environments to precise specifications.
Daily tasks involve executing radius work, compound angles, specialty joinery, and working with wood, laminate, acrylic, and metal substrates. Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D renderings for accuracy. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fabricators to meet goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean workspace, properly cared-for tools, and participate in on-site builds, installations, and tear-downs. Uphold standards of quality, safety, and innovation in a fast-paced environment. The position requires daily on-site presence in Rockwall, TX.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in custom, commercial, or high-end finish carpentry
- Proven ability to perform radius and multi-dimensional carpentry work
- Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely
- Must be able to work on-site in Rockwall, TX daily
